Outofstock

A collective of four designers, born out of a fortuitous meeting in Stockholm - hence the name, Outofstock.

 

The team comprises of Wendy Chua, Gabriel Tan, Gustavo Maggio and Sebastian Alberdi, who each run their individual design practices on a daily basis and collaborate as Outofstock for special projects.

 

The Holm collection and award-winning Prologue collection are two such projects.

​

Outofstock have also received numerous accolades, including the Maison & Objet Rising Asian Talents Award 2015 and Concurso de Diseno Interior Buenos Aires 2013.

Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts

Established in 1938, the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) is Singapore’s pioneer arts education institution, well-reputed for nurturing diverse artistic talents.

 

Scanteak's Nest collection was born through a collaboration with budding designers from NAFA.

Forest&Whale

A designer duo comprising of Wendy Chua and Gustavo Maggio. Forest&Whale is passionate to bring circular thinking to products and systems through ethnographic research, material exploration and good design.

 

The Mång collection is one such embodiment of circular thinking.

 

Their creative work for international clients has earned the accolades of industry excellence awards including the Red Dot Design Award, Japan’s Good Design Award and the President’s Design Award from Singapore.
